Charles Schulz, creator of the Peanuts comic strip, once very accurately said “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.” Given how well peanuts go with chocolate, you know he’s gotta be right.

We’ve come a long way with chocolate. For most of its history it was just a drink, but we loved it so much we decided to make it a food as well. And a milkshake. And as ice cream. And as whatever a frosty is. Where else can we go from there? These chocolate masters think they might have the answer. They can make some pretty incredible creations.
